Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance Manager to support the financial governance, reporting, compliance, and control environment of our GCC operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing audits and compliance requirements, driving process improvements, and providing meaningful financial insights to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the integrity of the books of accounts and support timely preparation of financial statements, ensuring the Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow reflect a true and fair view of the business.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Lead statutory and internal audits independently and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Oversee financial compliances including MCA, MSME, STPI, FCRA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Perform internal controls to support a robust control environment and mitigate risk.
- Prepare monthly transfer pricing and intercompany cross-charge workings within defined timelines.
- Perform balance sheet reviews, trial balance analysis, and monthly operating and financial variance reporting.
- Partner with business and functional stakeholders to provide accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information.
- Identify and highlight key business risks and opportunities through financial analysis (FP&A) and support leadership with actionable insights.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of business performance to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce manual effort.
- Manage stakeholder interactions across Finance, Operations, HR, and Global Leadership teams.
